Trading in the app

Trade

  1. Pick the pair and size. The midpoint comes from the Chainlink feed on Robinhood Chain; the block and feed time are shown.
  2. Move the exposure slider: left = best price (more public routing), right = least exposure (more patient crossing).
  3. The route preview shows how much would cross in the dark, how the remainder would be split into public pieces, and the Leak Score for that plan. The public leg is priced with a live Uniswap v3 quote, so "public price vs. midpoint" is real.
  4. Costs lists the Uniswap pool tier for the public leg and the dark-cross spread ($0). Gas for relayed pieces is paid from the shielded balance.

Public swap (live)

Under the trade form, switch Private route (disabled until the pool ships) to Public swap to execute the public leg for real: connect → switch to Robinhood Chain → approve (exact amount) → swap on Uniswap v3 with your chosen slippage (0.1 / 0.5 / 1%). The transaction is simulated first, then sent from your wallet; you get a Blockscout link. A confirmed swap is recorded as a filled order with venue: public and its tx hash, so PnL, Orders, the tax CSV and the Audit portal include real trades. Send (Portfolio) transfers ETH or tokens on-chain the same way.

Order types: Swap, Limit, Stop (stop-loss / take-profit) and TWAP / DCA. Limit and trigger prices default to the live midpoint until you edit them. Private orders are filled by the local order engine against the oracle midpoint every 10 seconds; TWAP / DCA slices run with ±30% timing jitter.

Markets

Every listed asset with its oracle midpoint, feed time, 24h change and sparkline. The change is computed from shared 5-minute oracle ticks; until enough ticks exist it falls back to your session and is labelled session.

Route Lab

An experiment bench for one order:

  • Exposure sweep — the crossed / public split and Leak Score at every slider position.
  • Price-impact curve — real Uniswap v3 quotes at 0.25× to 4× your size. Runs only when you press Run quotes (it costs on-chain reads).
  • Presets — Best price / Balanced / Least exposure, each deep-linking into Trade with the slider set.

Alerts

Price alerts (above, below, move ±%) evaluated every time prices refresh. A firing alert raises a toast and lands in Notifications; alerts are one-shot with a Re-arm button. Star assets to pin them to the watchlist.

Orders

Every resting and working order with its fills. Tap the lock icon for the detail sheet: dark / public split per fill, timestamps, cancel.
